To promote a culture of ethics and legality in the workplace, as well as creating a climate of transparency, Midj S.p.a. has set up a reporting channel called “Whistleblowing” (also anonymous) of any violations or alleged offenses committed by individuals belonging to the company organization.
Midj S.p.a. ensures maximum protection and confidentiality to the informant/reporter from retaliation, illicit influence, inconvenience, and discrimination of any kind, for having duly reported a violation in compliance with EU Directive 2019/1937 and Legislative Decree. 24/2023.
