The Japan collection is the result of the collaboration between Davide Bozzini, of the Opaca Lab studio, and Nicola Tonin, of the Tosca Design studio.
The collection consists of three suspension lamps and a floor lamp, all with diffused and direct light.
Contemporary finishes and linear shapes are the expression of a concept linked to the culture of the Rising Sun: cleaning up the superfluous by bringing to light the essential. The Eastern imaginary is also represented in a more didactic key. The colored metal lampshade recalls the conical shape of the typical straw hat used by oriental rice farmers, while the glossy rod recalls the chopsticks used by women to collect their hair.
