Quintessenza Ristorante

Just a few steps far from the sea and the historic center of Trani, Puglia, one can find Quintessenza. This beautiful restaurant was awarded with one Michelin star in 2016, and it is a place where respect for traditions and study of the ingredients meet innovation. Chef Stefano Di Gennaro opened his restaurant in 2011, and is now supported by his brothers Saverio, Alessandro and Domenico: a team that works perfectly together, and knows how to give his guests a unique experience.

Completely renovated in 2020, Quintessenza is located inside a nineteeth-century palace with exposed white stone.

The small internal veranda, with windows overlooking the moat of the Swabian Castle, is furnished with our simple and elegant Guapa sled chairs made with hide.

Upon entering, the warm atmosphere of the stone takes you back in time. The soft design lines and the touch of blue color of the Sonny chairs make the dining experience even more overwhelming. To play with contrasts between historical location and modern design, Clessidra tables strike with their original shape and are ideal for making the meal a moment of sharing and a 360-degree taste experience.
